This group session offers an integrative, trauma-informed experience that combines sound meditation and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and embodied presence.
The session begins with a brief group check-in and psychoeducation on how sound and body-based practices can support emotional integration. Participants are then guided through breathwork and a body scan in conjunction with a live sound bath experience. Instruments such as quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice are used to encourage deep listening—to both the soundscape and your body’s responses.
The structure of the session is designed to help shift participants from a state of stress or overwhelm into a more grounded and restorative state. Space is provided at the end of the session for quiet integration, reflection, or gentle processing.
This service is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker and is covered under most extended health insurance plans.
